Configuring Privy for your app

Privy supports a variety of configurations across authentication and onboarding flows, brand and UI settings, usage of external and embedded wallets, and security.

At a high-level, your app should configure Privy in two ways:

• Setting the config prop of the PrivyProvider component, which configures client-side characteristics of Privy, including brand and embedded wallet settings

• Updating your app's settings in the Privy Dashboard, which configures server-side characteristics of Privy, such as allowed domains and login methods
